Schuessler Barber, 85, formerly of Brazeau and Jackson, Missouri, passed away Monday, December 19, 2022, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. One of four children, Irene was born July 3, 1937, in Frohna, Missouri, to Roland and Clara Schuessler.

Mike lived in Boulder, Colorado for a few years, where he learned the trade of cement contracting. Nancy Alene Wilson Friese, 86, of Jackson, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Jackson Manor Nursing Home. One of four siblings, she was born September 27, 1936, in Millersville, Missouri, to Edward Thomas and Ruby Stearns Wilson. Alene attended Roberts and Millersville Elementary Schools, and was a 1953 graduate of Oak Ridge High School.

On April 29, 2007, Sherry married her sweetheart, Ronald McComas at the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas. Sherry deeply loved and cared for her grandchildren. She had a compassion for animals, and her caring nature shown through in everything she did including tending to her plants and flowers. — My family has turned to McComas for four generations in our time of need and McComas never disappoints. My mother was wise and met years ago with Melissa to pre-arrange her funeral and it made her recent passing much less stressful.
When Mike was four years old, Montgomery Ward transferred his father to their store in Pampa. Mike was active in Boy Scouts, Optimist Club baseball and Babe Ruth League, where he made lifelong friends. In the spring of 1967, Bill McComas was transferred to the Montgomery Ward store in Sheridan, Wyoming.

He was born November 13, 1951 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, son of Nelson and Virginia Lee Winkler Ulrich. He and Sharon Watson were married May 25, 1974 at Christ Lutheran Church in Gordonville.
